Adopt a Scientist
Pairs mission-aligned donors with researchers working on clean water, novel materials, health equity, and climate resilience. Scientists receive stipends, cloud compute access, lab resources, and residency at Point Preserve.
AI VoTech Pathway
Trains displaced workers, students, and underrepresented talent in data science, cloud architecture, and sustainability engineering. Partnership with Northwest Florida State College (NWFSC).
TAPS (Transformative AI-Powered Schooling)
K-12 AI education initiative bringing artificial intelligence literacy to students from kindergarten through high school. Curriculum development, teacher training, and student engagement programs.
EcoGuardian AI
Environmental monitoring and IoT sensor networks for Florida waterways. PFAS detection, real-time water quality assessment, and integration with EPA and NOAA data systems.
TownOracle AI
Civic technology platform enabling local governments to make data-driven municipal decisions. Infrastructure optimization, permit systems, community planning, and budget forecasting.
Point Preserve & Good Combinator
GSI's campus home and AI incubator supporting early-stage ventures in AI research, civic technology, environmental innovation, and cooperative platforms. Workspace, mentorship, and community access.
Escape to Create
Low-cost Gulf Coast residency for founders, researchers, and makers. Restored campus housing, dedicated workspace, AI tools access, mentorship, and community of purpose-driven builders.
GPT Internship Program
Hands-on internships working alongside GSI researchers on environmental monitoring, startup support, and civic technology. Learning in machine learning, data science, AI engineering, and project management.
AiCoop AI
Cooperative AI platforms for agriculture, small business, and community organizations. Shared data infrastructure, AI-powered logistics, and community-owned digital infrastructure.
